OML Season 3
Team Selection Process
Seedings are determined at the end of the season by the commissioner and are not subject to discussion or change.
New members to the OML without prior records will be place randomly throughout the entire 32 seedings.
Format will be a live process in an AIM room at a date and time to be determined later.
If a member cannot be present for the team selection/draft and is placed in one of the top 16 seeds, his (or hers I suppose) pick will be forfeited to the bottom seed paired in that round.If both members are not present, the teams will be assigned in the order they are drawn.
All team selections or assignments are final and are not subject to trading.
Additional notes:
-This process is still strongly based on the random number system.You must remember that even a player in the bottom 16 can still draw a great team based on the two teams rolled in that round.Example:Eagles and Bucs are drawn in round 1, the 32 seed will still draw a worthy team.Conversely if the Bengals and Cardinals are rolled, a lesser player must still choose one of the two.But at least there is still some kind of an out for the member who has the option to pick.
